Data deletion
Delete your Solitaire data
Solitaire is a free game on Facebook (a Facebook Instant Game) made by Monti Games. You play it with your Facebook account; we never receive your name, photo, e-mail address or friends list. This page explains what is kept about you and how to delete it.
What is kept
Solitaire is a single-player game. We keep no account and no profile for you on our servers: your progress, settings and best scores are saved by Facebook, and tournament scores live in Facebook's tournaments. Technical error reports from the game are kept in our server logs for 14 days at most, and are not linked to anything else.
Delete it: remove the game from Facebook
Removing Solitaire from your Facebook account deletes your game profile. Facebook tells us automatically, and we delete everything we hold for you straight away.
In the Facebook app (phone or tablet)
- Tap Menu (☰, or your profile picture), then Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites, then the Instant Games tab.
- Select Solitaire and tap Remove.
On a computer
- Go to facebook.com/settings → Apps and websites.
- Open the Instant Games tab.
- Find Solitaire and choose Remove.
Facebook may also offer to delete your activity in the game — choose it to remove the progress Facebook saved for you. If you play again later, you start with a new, empty profile.
Confirmation
When Facebook passes on your request, we reply with a confirmation code, which Facebook shows you. The only thing we keep afterwards is that code with the game's player ID, so the deletion can be checked — nothing about your play.
Can't use Facebook's settings?
E-mail [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Solitaire data”. Because we don't know your name or e-mail address in the game, we will reply and help you confirm which game profile is yours, then delete it.
